Driven by a passion for Peak Performance, Huss sought to understand how to maximise one’s energy and performance, focusing on how to feel, look, and be at one’s best. He discovered that integrating healthy eating, movement, and mindset practices is crucial for building physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual energy, leading to holistic performance.

Throughout his journey, these principles have enabled Huss to excel as a high-performing contributor, consultant, facilitator, speaker, team leader, health coach, and a two-time national physique competitor. His experiences in competitive bodybuilding led to the creation of the HUSFIT methodology—a system of holistic habits and behaviors that promotes optimal wellbeing.
